Our in-house bearing test and inspection facilities are equipped with advanced technology. We offer a comprehensive analysis of temperature, torque, and shaft diameters. Our automated system detects bearing failure onset, ensuring accurate failure mode analysis and validation of material performance prior to production. Testing is carried out in accordance with recognised standards including ISO 281 (dynamic load rating), ISO 76 (static load rating), and ISO 15243 (bearing damage and failure classification), along with relevant ASTM methods such as ASTM D4172 for wear testing and ASTM G99 for tribological performance assessment where applicable.
