Bowman International Appoints Executive Vice President for North America
Global innovator of performance-driven bearings and 3D printed mass production components, Bowman Bearing Technologies, has announced the appointment of Alistair Brixey as Executive Vice President of Bowman North America operations.
The appointment follows a period of significant growth for Bowman North America, during which the manufacturer has expanded its network of trusted distributors across the region, alongside a growing portfolio of OEM and MRO customers serving virtually every industrial sector.
English-born Alistair brings more than four decades of industry experience in both the UK and the United States. Most recently, he spent 13 years with a leading plain bearing manufacturer and distributor in the US, following a 30-year career with Oilite Bearings in the UK. Alistair also serves as a committee member of the US Bearing Specialists Association.
With extensive experience supporting OEMs and major distributors, Alistair will strengthen all three Bowman International divisions, providing customers and distribution partners with a dedicated local contact and reinforcing Bowman’s position as a trusted bearing supplier USA businesses can rely on.

Alistair is the first part of this transition and will use his technical and sales experience to bring continuity between the Bowman offering in America with what we offer in the UK.
